m2:
If you are using an IT-based system there are also many parts of the internet which are very unsafe. One of the risks being are hackers. Hackers are people with great IT skills but use them for bad reasons to hack into other peoples computers and accounts and take stuff or change it. Another risk are fakes and pedophiles. Fakes are people that make accounts for them self but change all of the details and talk to other people and try and get them to meet up with you or they get you to give him/her your adress or details, pedophiles are sort of the same thing but they talk to younger kids and try to get them to meet up with him/her and then they will rape or sexually assault you.

logging off properly after you've used a computer makes sure that there is no way for someone else to get onto your account.
select the people you wish to see your profile and set them as authors. This will mean that only they can view your things making your items more safe.
If you clean your internet history regularly it will prevent others going onto the internet history and seeing what you've been on and maybe getting onto it.
